By downloading, installing, or using MirrorDrop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MirrorDrop is a macOS application that provides AirPlay screen mirroring and audio streaming from iOS devices to Mac computers. The App is offered in two tiers:

• Free: 720p resolution with watermark
• Pro ($4.99 one-time): Up to 4K resolution, no watermark

3. Account

To access Pro features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD processed through Stripe.
• The Pro license is tied to your Google account and can be used on any Mac where you sign in.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to transmit unlawful content
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions or payment mechanisms
• Redistribute or resell the App or Pro license

6. Intellectual Property

MirrorDrop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MirrorDrop and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. AirPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. MirrorDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or network configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MirrorDrop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
